Tom Weaver has been vice president and CFO of
Cerion LLC, a privately held $500 million metals manufacturing company. Despite the difficult economy, the company
completed a half dozen acquisitions of strategic
importance. Critical cash management
capabilities enabled Tom to balance sources and uses across Cerion and multiple
affiliates to navigate working capital demands of the recovering economy.
Previously, Tom joined Ford Motor Company in the Finance
function in September 1981. He held a
variety of positions and management levels Functional areas included product
development, finance staff, treasury, Ford Credit, and purchasing. In 1996, transferred to
Automotive Components Division; assisted with preparation for Visteon spin in
June 2000. Diverse
finance roles of increasing responsibility, including Controller of Climate
Control Operations, a $4 billion global operating division. Directly reported to Audit
Committee of the Board of Directors as General Auditor.
