David Han is a strategic marketing leader with diverse corporate
and entrepreneurial experience in Automotive, Consumer and Industrial Sectors. As
founder and President of Turtlerock Group and Turtlerock Greentech LLC, David
has led strategic growth initiatives for major corporations and new ventures. Recently,
David facilitated successful establishment of a U.S. manufacturing operation
for an international battery materials company, with major funding from the
U.S. DOE and JV investment from a global trading company. Previously, David co-led
market development for an emission control business, managed international joint
venture negotiations; and led the market launch of a commercial vehicle
equipment venture as VP of Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Han’s corporate management
experience includes Vice President of Strategy for Flowserve , Director of
Global Marketing and Business Development for Ford’s automotive component
spin-out Visteon, and Global Product Director at Whirlpool. After serving as a General
Manager for leading furniture maker Herman Miller Inc, David led the highly
successful turnaround of Knoll International in his role as Senior Vice President
of Marketing. Earlier, David was a consultant and manager in Price Waterhouse’s
Strategic Management Consulting Practice.
Mr. Han is a graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA and BA in Economics.
