Dave Doster recently led Cerion LLC as President and CEO. Cerion is a half billion dollar automotive manufacturing company being built through a rapid acquisition strategy as part of a privately held enterprise. Target companies include asset-intensive metal casting, machining, fabrication and assembly processes. Numerous turnaround opportunities in a difficult economy provide key performance improvement examples. Five acquisitions were completed during 2009 despite challenging economic conditions.

Previously, as principal of a specialty consulting group, Dave led a select team of engineering and marketing professionals who guided new technology introductions to the automotive and related industries. Mr. Doster’s automotive career includes more than 25 years of cross functional responsibility in Ford’s automotive parts manufacturing divisions, including corporate officer-level roles at spin-out Visteon Corporation.

Mr. Doster earned an undergraduate engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
